Your hometown Canucks had back to back games with the Stoney Creek Warriors. Last Saturday night the Canucks travelled to Stoney Creek and had walked out with a shoot-out win. The Canucks were down 4-0 halfway thru the second period and then Mike Paonessa started the scoring with an assist from Nick Gallardi. Other goal scorers were Riley Steeves (2) and Dustin Scott (2). With overtime completed with a score of 5-5 a shootout was needed to decide the game Dustin Scott and Mark Pugliese both scored to take the win in Stoney Creek. Come out Saturday night February 13, 2010 at 7:00 P.M. and have some fun watching the Niagara Falls Canucks take on the Niagara Law Enforcement Officers on the ice. Participants include Ryan and Colin Pepperall, Matt Masterson, Eric Manlow, Mike Perna, Ryan Cirillo and many more. This game has been organized to honor the final season in the Memorial Arena and the Royal Canadian Legion. Tickets are $5.00 and can be purchased at the door or at Friday Night’s game.
